Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and MEP consultants on technical matters **About the Role** We are seeking for a skilled and detail\-oriented **Technical Designer** to join our growing team in Doha. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable on the drawing board and on site — someone who can contribute to the creative design process while translating concepts into precise technical documentation and supporting project execution in the field. **Key Responsibilities** **Design** * Contribute to concept development and space planning for interior fit\-out projects * Produce design drawings, mood boards, material palettes, and presentation visuals * Develop and refine furniture layouts, elevations, and 3D visualizations * Research and propose materials, finishes, fixtures, and FF\&E selections * Coordinate with the Creative Director to ensure design consistency across projects * Prepare client presentation packages including renders and design narratives **Technical \& Documentation** * Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit * Review and mark up contractor submittals, material samples, and mock\-ups * Maintain and update drawing registers, as\-built drawings, and technical files * Support the preparation of BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation **Site Coordination** * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify dimensions, and resolve technical discrepancies * Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and MEP consultants on technical matters * Ensure design intent is accurately executed on site throughout all project phases **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field * 5–10 years of experience in a design and technical role, preferably in the GCC * Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max is a plus * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and on\-site coordination * Ability to produce both creative design presentations and detailed technical drawings * Good communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams * Experience in F\&B, hospitality, or high\-end residential projects is an advantage **What We're Looking For** A versatile design professional who can move seamlessly between creative thinking and technical precision — someone who takes ownership of a project from concept all the way through to the final finishing on site. **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to submit their **CV and Portfolio** to: joice@mirabellointeriors.com Please include **"Technical Designer Application"** in the subject line.
