Develop and implement site-specific traffic management strategies **Position:** Traffic Engineer We are seeking an experienced **Traffic Engineer** with over 6 years of hands\-on expertise, specifically with **Public Works Authority (PWA) projects**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, submit, and obtain approvals for **Traffic Diversion Plans (TDP)** from relevant authorities, including Ashghal and other local bodies. * Coordinate with project teams to develop site\-specific traffic management strategies in line with project timelines. * Ensure full compliance with **PWA regulations.** * Review project drawings and conduct site inspections to ensure suitability of proposed traffic solutions. * Monitor ongoing traffic diversions and suggest modifications for improved flow and safety when required. **Requirements:** * Previous experience with PWA (Ashghal) projects is mandatory. * Proven track record of securing approvals for TDPs and managing their execution on site. * Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations and authority procedures. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field. * Valid Qatari Driving License * Available to **join immediately** **Preferred Skills:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD or other traffic design software. * Strong documentation and reporting skills. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates who meet the above criteria and are ready for immediate joining may submit their updated CV to recruitmentdoha99@gmail.com.
