Oversee projects from planning through implementation About the Role FEGY Humanitarian and Community Development Services supports initiatives focused on community development, humanitarian assistance, livelihoods, social inclusion and programmes designed to improve outcomes for vulnerable communities. We are seeking an experienced Community Development Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee community\-focused programmes and development initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with community stakeholders, partner organisations, programme teams and service providers to identify local needs and develop practical programmes that deliver measurable and sustainable outcomes. This role requires a professional with strong programme management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing projects from planning through implementation while ensuring resources are used effectively and programme objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities **Programme Management:** Plan and oversee community development programmes from initial assessment through implementation, monitoring and completion. **Community Needs Assessment:** Work with stakeholders to identify community priorities, service gaps and opportunities for meaningful intervention. **Project Planning:** Develop detailed programme plans, implementation schedules, objectives and performance indicators. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build productive relationships with community representatives, nonprofit organisations, institutional partners and other relevant stakeholders. **Partnership Development:** Identify opportunities to collaborate with organisations that can strengthen programme delivery and expand community impact. **Team Leadership:** Supervise programme coordinators, project officers and support staff while providing guidance and performance feedback. **Programme Implementation:** Ensure projects and activities are delivered according to agreed objectives, schedules and quality standards. **Budget Management:** Monitor programme budgets, expenditure and resource allocation to support responsible financial management. **Monitoring and Evaluation:** Track programme performance against established indicators and use findings to improve future activities. **Community Engagement:** Organise consultations, workshops, outreach activities and meetings to encourage community participation. **Risk Management:** Identify operational and programme risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. **Reporting:** Prepare programme reports, progress updates, presentations and performance summaries for management and stakeholders. **Resource Coordination:** Coordinate personnel, materials and external services required for effective programme delivery. **Quality Assurance:** Ensure community programmes follow organisational policies, programme standards and applicable requirements. **Continuous Improvement:** Review programme outcomes and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improved service delivery and greater community impact. What We Are Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Community Development, International Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Project Management or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in community development, humanitarian programmes, nonprofit services or social development projects. * Previous experience managing community\-focused projects or programmes. * Strong project and programme management skills. * Experience engaging with diverse communities and external stakeholders. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Experience managing programme budgets and resources. * Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation principles. * Excellent organisational and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Strong report\-writing and presentation abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. * Arabic language skills are an advantage. * Experience working in multicultural or international environments is preferred. الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٣٢٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
