Identify process gaps and recommend practical, measurable improvements About the Role: AC Tech Medical Services is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to support business improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency across healthcare, IT, customer service, and service delivery functions. This role is ideal for someone who can understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and operations leaders. You will help identify process gaps, improve workflows, support system enhancements, and ensure business solutions are practical, measurable, and aligned with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Business Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications. Process Improvement: Review current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements across operations, customer service, healthcare support, and IT processes. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the bridge between business teams, technical teams, vendors, and management to ensure projects are clearly understood and delivered properly. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data, prepare reports, track key performance indicators, and provide insights that support better business decisions. Project Support: Support system implementations, process changes, digital tools, and business transformation initiatives from planning to delivery. Documentation: Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, user stories, standard operating procedures, and project\-related documentation. Team Guidance: Guide junior or mid\-level analysts, review their work, and help ensure consistency and quality in business analysis activities. Testing and Validation: Support user acceptance testing, review system outputs, validate business requirements, and ensure solutions meet operational needs. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 5 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in healthcare, IT, hospitality, customer service, or operations. Business Understanding: Strong ability to understand business processes, identify problems, and recommend realistic solutions. Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data, reports, workflows, and performance metrics to support decision\-making. Communication Skills: Able to explain business needs clearly to both technical and non\-technical teams. Documentation Skills: Experience preparing requirements documents, process flows, reports, user stories, and business cases. Project Exposure: Experience supporting software implementation, system improvement, digital transformation, or operational improvement projects. Leadership Ability: Able to guide team members, coordinate stakeholders, and take ownership of business analysis activities. Mindset: Practical, detail\-oriented, organized, and able to balance business needs with realistic project delivery. Salary: Pay: QAR11,700\.00 \- QAR12,800\.00 per month Work Location: In person
