Customer-focused with excellent communication in a fast-paced environment Barista – Job Criteria * Previous experience as a **Barista** in a café, restaurant, hotel, or specialty coffee shop. * Good knowledge of **espresso\-based beverages**, including espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, mocha, and other coffee drinks. * Skilled in operating and maintaining **commercial coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment**. * Knowledge of **coffee preparation, extraction, grinding, and milk steaming**. * Able to prepare hot and cold beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. * Good knowledge of **food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures**. * Good customer service and communication skills. * Friendly, professional, and able to interact positively with customers. * Able to work efficiently in a **fast\-paced environment** and handle multiple orders. * Good teamwork and coordination with kitchen and service staff. * Willing to work **shifts, weekends, and public holidays** when required. * Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. * **Locally available in Qatar** with a valid QID and transferable visa is preferred. * **Immediate availability** is an advantage.
