The Construction Company Owner will be responsible for driving strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with local and international standards. This role requires a visionary professional with proven expertise in managing large\-scale construction projects and building high\-performing teams. Key Responsibilities * Lead overall company strategy, operations, and financial performance. * Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to meet quality and safety standards. * Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff across all levels. * Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations, industry codes, and sustainability practices. * Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships. * Drive innovation, efficiency, and market competitiveness. Qualifications * Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the construction industry. * Proven track record in managing multi\-million\-dollar projects and company operations. * Strong knowledge of Qatari construction regulations and international best practices. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred. * Demonstrated success in business development and strategic growth.
