The Customer Service Expert role requires being on your feet and moving continuously (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods); navigating sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces; managing menus (reading and visually verifying information); and actively engaging in hands-on tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and positioning objects weighing up to 25 pounds (11.4 kg) unassisted and up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) with assistance; reaching overhead and below knee level, including bending, twisting, pulling, and squatting). It is essential that Customer Service Experts perform all these tasks flawlessly (and any other reasonable duties assigned)—ensuring guest satisfaction and continued business success.
