Provide individual guidance on proper exercise techniques using physical training equipment. Assess each person's current exercise program and physical fitness level to develop customized exercise programs and offer physical training advice. Promote a cheerful and comfortable environment for guests. Monitor activities in recreational facilities and respond appropriately per local operating procedures in case of an emergency. Assist injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. Clean and maintain the recreational area, equipment, and supplies. Contact Maintenance or an external service company if machines require repair. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; complete safety certifications and training. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.50 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Assist in moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing more than 75 pounds (33.75 kg). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Move at speeds required to respond to work situations (e.g., running, walking, jogging). Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting waist, pulling, and stooping. Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Navigate sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Climb up and down service stairs and/or ramps. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Education:High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. (General Educational Development, GED). Relevant Work Experience:At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Supervisory Experience:Supervisory experience is not required.
