Maintain accurate trip logs and perform basic vehicle inspections A Heavy Driver is responsible for safely operating heavy vehicles to transport goods, materials, equipment, or passengers while complying with traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate heavy vehicles such as trucks, trailers, buses, tankers, or construction vehicles safely. * Transport goods and materials to designated locations on time. * Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness. * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks. * Report mechanical issues, accidents, or traffic violations immediately. * Follow delivery schedules and assigned routes. * Load and unload cargo when required. * Ensure cargo is properly secured during transportation. * Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and delivery documentation. * Comply with traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures. **Requirements** * Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License. * Proven experience driving heavy vehicles. * Good knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety practices. * Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks. * Physical fitness and ability to work long hours when required. * Good communication and time\-management skills. * Clean driving record preferred. **Skills** * Safe driving practices * Route planning and navigation * Vehicle inspection and maintenance awareness * Record keeping and documentation * Problem\-solving and emergency response * Reliability and punctuality Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR2,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
