Prepare reports on occupied rooms, verify room status, identify non-ready rooms, prioritize room cleaning assignments, and update departing guests’ room status in the system. Assist Housekeeping Department management with daily operational oversight. Serve as liaison to coordinate efforts among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments. Document and resolve issues related to non-ready rooms with the Front Office. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes to assignment sheets/schedules. Report unresolved issues to the next shift. Perform required administrative tasks. Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, disciplinary reminders, motivation, and employee development. Follow and apply all chain-wide safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, potential hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Respect confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving shared goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Climb up and down service stairs and ramps. Continuous use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills, with frequent use of bilateral manual dexterity and excellent coordination. Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds (25 kg) unassisted, and over 55 pounds (25 kg) with assistance. Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts and other work equipment across sloped and uneven surfaces. Stand, kneel, sit, or walk for extended periods or at high frequency during a full work shift.
