Assist with project timelines, schedules, and task follow-ups **About the Role:** Palmira Interiors and Fit Out WLL is looking for an organised and detail\-oriented **Interior Project Coordinator** to join our team in Doha, Ad Dawhah. This role is ideal for someone who can support interior fit out projects, coordinate with clients and suppliers, track project timelines, and help ensure design and installation work is completed smoothly. As an Interior Project Coordinator, you will assist with daily project coordination, documentation, material follow\-ups, site updates, and communication between design, procurement, operations, and installation teams. You should be proactive, practical, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced interiors and fit out environment. **Key Responsibilities:** **Project Coordination:** Support interior and fit out projects from planning through completion, ensuring tasks, timelines, and updates are properly tracked. **Client Communication:** Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, updates, approvals, delivery schedules, and site\-related concerns. **Supplier Follow\-Up:** Communicate with suppliers and vendors to confirm materials, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and project requirements. **Site Coordination:** Work with site teams, installers, supervisors, and contractors to monitor progress and report any delays or issues. **Documentation:** Prepare and maintain project files, quotations, purchase requests, delivery notes, progress reports, and coordination records. **Material Tracking:** Monitor material orders, sample requests, delivery schedules, and stock availability for ongoing projects. **Schedule Support:** Assist with project timelines, meeting schedules, installation dates, and daily task follow\-ups. **Issue Resolution:** Help resolve delays, missing materials, client changes, documentation concerns, and site coordination issues in a timely and professional manner. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** Previous experience in interior design coordination, fit out projects, construction support, project administration, procurement, or operations coordination is preferred. **Organisation Skills:** Able to manage project schedules, documents, supplier follow\-ups, and multiple priorities at the same time. **Communication:** Comfortable coordinating with clients, suppliers, contractors, site teams, and internal departments professionally. **Attention to Detail:** Able to review project details, measurements, material lists, documents, and delivery requirements accurately. **Project Awareness:** Basic understanding of interior fit out, furniture, finishes, materials, site coordination, or design project workflow is preferred. **Problem\-Solving:** Able to respond quickly to project delays, material issues, client changes, and site concerns. **Computer Skills:** Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, project trackers, reports, and basic office software. **Mindset:** Reliable, practical, detail\-oriented, and able to work under pressure while maintaining quality and professionalism.
