Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure cost efficiency. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in Cost Control within the **F\&B industry** (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of **ERP systems** such as **Odoo, Tally, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics**, or any F\&B‑related accounting software. * Familiarity with **POS systems** used in restaurant operations. * Experience handling **online delivery platforms** in Qatar (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Deliveroo, etc.). * Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. * Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and control daily food, beverage, and operational costs across all branches. * Conduct regular cost analysis, variance reports, and consumption tracking. * Review and verify purchase orders, GRNs, supplier invoices, and stock transfers. * Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost data. * Perform routine inventory audits and spot checks in branches and central kitchen. * Analyze wastage, spoilage, and discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions. * Maintain and update cost sheets, recipes, and menu costing. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports for management. * Ensure proper integration and accuracy of data between **ERP systems, POS, and accounting software**. * Monitor online delivery platform transactions (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Deliveroo, etc.) and reconcile sales reports.
