MEP Building Project experience is mandatory **Mechanical Inspector** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Contract Duration:** 3 Months (Extendable) **Salary:** As per Market Standards **Availability:** Immediate Joining Required **Job Overview** We are urgently seeking an experienced **Mechanical Inspector** for a building and infrastructure project in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong HVAC inspection experience within **MEP building projects**, along with consultancy, construction, and infrastructure experience. Key Requirements * Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field * Minimum **7 years of relevant experience in Qatar** * **HVAC inspection experience is mandatory** * **Consultancy experience is mandatory** * **MEP Building Project experience is mandatory** * Construction and infrastructure project experience required * Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and inspection procedures * Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests * Good knowledge of MEP coordination and site quality requirements * Strong understanding of project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable standards * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Must be currently available in Qatar * **Freelance visa holders preferred** * Immediate joiners preferred **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct inspections of HVAC and mechanical works at site * Ensure HVAC installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements * Review HVAC shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and inspection requests * Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities * Identify non\-conforming works and coordinate corrective actions * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, MEP teams, and other disciplines * Monitor quality and workmanship of mechanical installations * Prepare inspection reports and maintain relevant quality documentation * Support project teams in resolving technical and site\-related HVAC issues Additional Conditions * **Hiring only from Qatar** * Freelance visa holders preferred * Immediate requirement * Location: **Doha and Lusail, Qatar** * **Send CV in ahnassteadfastqatar@gmail.com** Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you currently based in Qatar?
