Opportunity to work with shop drawings and project specifications We are seeking an experienced Multi Technician with both project execution and maintenance experience to support MEP installation, repair, and preventive maintenance works. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on knowledge in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and minor civil works, and be capable of working according to approved shop drawings, maintenance schedules, and project specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment, ductwork accessories, chilled water piping accessories, and plumbing fixtures. * Install, troubleshoot, and maintain cable trays, conduits (PVC \& GI), trunking, power and control cables, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and Distribution Boards (DBs). * Perform cable termination, continuity testing, insulation resistance (Megger) testing, fault finding, and basic electrical troubleshooting. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works for MEP systems as per maintenance schedules. * Read and interpret MEP shop drawings, maintenance manuals, and installation layouts. * Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to ensure timely completion of project and maintenance tasks. * Ensure all works comply with project specifications, maintenance standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations. * Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure proper housekeeping at work sites. **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Multi Technician in construction projects and maintenance works. * Strong experience in MEP installation and maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and minor civil works. * Ability to read and understand MEP shop drawings and technical documentation. * Familiarity with electrical testing tools, maintenance equipment, and troubleshooting techniques. * Good problem\-solving and fault\-finding skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
