Summary: Supervise and manage daily site activities for Oil & Gas projects, coordinating with teams and ensuring project execution according to standards and safety. Highlights: 1. Lead site teams and manage daily Oil & Gas project activities 2. Ensure project execution according to approved drawings and safety standards 3. Resolve site issues and coordinate for timely completion **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage daily site activities for Oil \& Gas projects. * Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution. * Lead site teams, technicians, and workers to achieve project milestones. * Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. * Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. * Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports. * Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures. * Resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely completion. * Maintain proper documentation including site reports, material records, and work permits. **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * Diploma / Bachelor’s degree. * Minimum **5 years of experience in Oil \& Gas projects** with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of Oil \& Gas site operations, installation, testing, and commissioning activities. * Experience working with EPC contractors, major Oil \& Gas clients, or industrial projects is an advantage. * Good understanding of HSE procedures and permit\-to\-work systems. * Ability to lead teams and manage multiple site activities. * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills. * Valid Qatar driving license is preferred Experience: * Oil \& Gas projects: 3 years (Required) * Fire Fighting : 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Qatar Driving License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
