Apply primer or filler to prepare surfaces for finishing coats. Remove old coatings by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, sandblasting, and/or water. Properly protect surfaces during painting and place appropriate warning signs. Clean and store paint, tools, and equipment in designated areas. Communicate with suppliers to adjust paint, stain, or varnish colors. Follow and implement all security and safety policies and procedures of the brand; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and obtain required certifications. Wear a clean and complete work uniform at all times; maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty; respect confidentiality regarding brand- and/or hotel-specific information and safeguard all company property. Greet and welcome guests according to brand standards, anticipate their needs and respond accordingly, assist guests with disabilities, and sincerely thank guests. Use clear and courteous language in all communications. Collaborate and support one another to achieve common goals. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Be able to perform knee extension and flexion movements, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Climb up and down ladders. Carry, rotate, and handle objects of varying sizes and weights. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place loads weighing up to 23 kilograms independently. Be accustomed to standing, sitting, and moving for extended periods. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisors that are consistent with this position. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Diploma from a technical, trade, or vocational school.
