The successful candidate will play a key role in pavement maintenance, rehabilitation, inspections, and condition assessment activities for major road infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities * Plan, supervise, and monitor pavement maintenance and rehabilitation works. * Conduct pavement condition surveys, inspections, and technical assessments. * Analyze pavement performance and identify maintenance requirements. * Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and maintenance strategies. * Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with ASGHAL standards, specifications, and HSE requirements. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works. * Support asset management and pavement performance improvement initiatives. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **5–6 years of experience** in pavement engineering. * Mandatory experience working on **ASGHAL roads projects in Qatar**. * Strong knowledge of pavement maintenance, rehabilitation, and asset management. * Experience in road condition assessments and pavement inspection techniques. * Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. * Locally available candidates in Qatar are preferred.
