In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal development teams. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role is perfect for a detail\-oriented professional who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple moving parts simultaneously. **Key Responsibilities1\. Project Planning \& Execution** * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. * Develop full\-scale project plans and associated communication documents. * Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. * Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure profitability. **2\. Coordination \& Communication** * Serve as the primary point of contact for project status and communication. * Schedule and facilitate regular project meetings (stand\-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). * Provide clear direction to team members and ensure they have the resources needed to execute tasks. * Manage client expectations and deliver timely progress reports. **3\. Risk \& Issue Management** * Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items. * Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. * Remove impediments that block the team from achieving sprint/project goals. **4\. Documentation \& Reporting** * Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. * Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, burndown charts). * Conduct project post\-mortems and create recommendations for future improvements. **QualificationsRequired Skills \& Experience** * **Experience:** \[2\-5] years of experience in project management, coordination, or a similar role. * **Methodologies:** Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. * **Tools:** Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Confluence). * **Soft Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and time\-management skills; ability to lead without authority. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). **Preferred/Nice\-to\-Haves (Optional)** * PMP, CAPM, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification. * Experience in \[specific industry, e.g., Software Development, Construction, Marketing]. * Experience with budget management and financial forecasting. * Knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis.
