Quality Assurance Manager \| Samil Knit Job Type: Full\-time About the Role At Samil Knit, we pride ourselves on delivering premium\-quality textile and garment manufacturing solutions to global markets. We are seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA/QC operations, ensure total compliance with international apparel standards, and maintain the highest levels of product excellence from raw fabric to finished goods. Key Responsibilities Drive Quality Management: Oversee end\-to\-end QA/QC processes across fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, and final packaging to meet client specifications. Standards \& Compliance: Implement and enforce strict ISO, AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit), and buyer\-specific quality control frameworks. Team Leadership: Manage and train QA inspectors and supervisors, instilling a continuous improvement culture across all production lines. Defect \& Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into production defects, establish corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and minimize factory rework rates. Audit \& Vendor Oversight: Conduct internal factory audits and interface directly with third\-party inspectors and global brand auditors. Requirements 5\+ years of experience in Quality Assurance leadership within the textile, knitwear, or garment manufacturing industry. Deep knowledge of textile properties, fabric testing, garment construction, and AQL inspection standards. Proven track record of managing factory audits, compliance standards, and buyer quality guidelines. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and data\-driven problem\-solving skills.
