Key Responsibilities * Prepare quantity take\-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications. * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ). * Analyze project costs and prepare budgets. * Review tender documents and evaluate contractor quotations. * Monitor project expenditures and cost control throughout construction. * Prepare and assess variations, change orders, and claims. * Measure completed work and certify contractor payments. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. * Prepare financial reports and cost forecasts. * Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Experience in quantity surveying and cost management. * Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC is often preferred). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity surveying software. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
