Summary: Seeking a professional to manage BOQ, quantity surveying, cost estimation, planning, scheduling, and project coordination. Highlights: 1. Manage Bills of Quantities and quantity take-offs. 2. Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyze project costs. 3. Develop and monitor project schedules with MS Project/Primavera P6. **BOQ \& Quantity Surveying** * Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from construction drawings and specifications. * Perform quantity take\-offs for civil, structural,MEP and finishing works. * Verify quantities and reconcile discrepancies between drawings and site conditions. * Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions. **Cost Estimation** * Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects. * Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Maintain and update cost databases and unit rates. * Support budget preparation and cost control activities. **Planning \& Scheduling** * Develop project schedules using MS Project and/or Primavera P6\. * Prepare baseline schedules, resource\-loaded schedules, and cash flow projections. * Monitor project progress against approved schedules. * Identify delays, critical path activities, and propose corrective actions. * Generate weekly and monthly progress reports. **Project Coordination** * Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams. * Track project milestones and deliverables. * Assist project managers in planning and execution strategies. * Participate in project review meetings and progress evaluations.
