Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment, and report low-stock items to supervisor or manager. Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreational activities. Foster a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Provide guests with information about recreational facilities and activities. Promote facility rules and regulations designed to ensure guest and member safety and well-being. Monitor recreational facility activities and respond appropriately per local operating procedures in case of emergency. Identify potential situations where guests cannot safely participate in an activity and notify supervisor/manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies. Assist management in employee training, motivation, and development; serve as departmental role model or mentor. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to manager; conduct safety trainings and obtain safety certifications. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all fellow coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds (11.25 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Assist in lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing more than 50 pounds (22.50 kg). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Enter and locate job-related information using computers or point-of-sale systems. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting waist, dragging, and stooping. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move across inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Climb up and down service stairs and/or ramps. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette. Perform other reasonable job-related duties as requested by supervisors. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. (General Educational Development, GED). Related Work Experience: One year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: One year of supervisory experience.
