Summary: Responsible for preparing, painting, and decorating interior and exterior walls according to approved designs, requiring attention to detail, creativity, and knowledge of painting techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Responsible for preparing, painting, and decorating interior and exterior walls according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. The position requires attention to detail, creativity, good knowledge of painting techniques, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on construction sites. **Key Responsibilities** \* Prepare walls and surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primer. \* Apply decorative paints, textures, patterns, finishes, and special effects as required. \* Execute decorative designs, feature walls, color combinations, and other finishing works according to drawings or samples. \* Measure and mix paints, colors, and materials to achieve the required finish. \* Use brushes, rollers, spray equipment, sponges, stencils, and other painting tools properly. \* Ensure straight lines, smooth surfaces, consistent colors, and high\-quality finishing. \* Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, windows, and other areas from paint and damage. \* Repair imperfections and repaint surfaces when necessary. \* Follow project specifications, supervisor instructions, and approved color schemes. \* Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition. \* Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards. \* Follow all company safety rules, including proper use of PPE and safe working practices. \* Coordinate with other workers and trades to avoid delays or damage to completed work. \* Report material shortages, damaged surfaces, or other site issues to the supervisor. \* Perform other painting and decorative finishing duties as assigned. **Qualifications and Skills** \* Previous experience as a decorative painter, wall painter, or similar position. \* Knowledge of decorative painting techniques and surface preparation. \* Ability to read basic drawings, color references, and finishing specifications. \* Good color\-matching skills and attention to detail. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \* Physically fit and capable of working for extended periods. \* Willing to work at different project sites and at heights when required. \* Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures is an advantage. **Personal Attributes** \* Creative and detail\-oriented. \* Responsible and hardworking. \* Good time management. \* Quality\-conscious. \* Reliable and willing to follow instructions. \* Maintains a professional attitude and good housekeeping at the work site.
