





We are looking for a well\-organized and proactive **Admin / HR Assistant** to manage day\-to\-day administrative tasks and HR operations. This dual\-role position is ideal for someone who can balance people management with administrative efficiency, and contribute to a smooth, supportive, and compliant workplace environment. **Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:** * Assist with recruitment, on\-boarding, and induction processes * Maintain employee records and HR documentation * Handle attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination * Support employee engagement activities and internal communication * Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed **Administration:** * Oversee office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination * Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems * Coordinate travel, meeting schedules, and event logistics * Manage front office or reception duties, if required * Liaise with external agencies for administrative matters (govt, labor office, etc.) **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * At least 3 years of experience in Admin and/or HR roles * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information Job Type: Full\-time Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
