**Job Purpose:** To operate and maintain CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring high\-quality standards and adherence to safety and operational procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning centers) to produce parts as per technical drawings and work instructions. * Review blueprints, engineering plans, and specifications to ensure correct machining operations. * Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining processes. * Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards. * Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure tools are in optimal working condition. * Adjust machine parameters to improve quality, efficiency, and accuracy. * Maintain production documentation, inspection reports, and records of work performed. * Follow company safety standards and quality procedures at all times. * Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality inspectors to resolve machining and process issues. * Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum **5–8 years of experience** as a CNC Machinist, preferably in heavy engineering or energy sector (experience in MAN engines or similar is an advantage). * Strong knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain controls). * Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD\&T symbols. * Skilled in using precision measuring instruments and quality inspection tools. * Ability to perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety consciousness. **Skills \& Competencies:** * CNC programming and operation * Technical drawing interpretation * Problem\-solving and analytical skills * Quality awareness and attention to detail * Teamwork and communication skills * Time management and flexibility Job Type: Permanent Pay: Up to QAR9,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in CNC programming if yes how many?
