Summary: White Foam Coffee Shop is seeking an experienced Store Keeper to manage inventory, ensure proper stock rotation, and maintain accurate records. Highlights: 1. Coordinate inventory flow with various departments. **WE ARE HIRING – STORE KEEPER** White Foam Coffee Shop is looking for an experienced **Store Keeper** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes. * Organize and store inventory according to company standards and food safety requirements. * Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles. * Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory system daily. * Monitor stock levels and report shortages before they affect operations. * Prepare and issue stock to branches based on approved requests. * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies. * Label products with receiving and expiry dates and ensure proper storage conditions. * Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse. * Coordinate with the Procurement Officer, Central Kitchen, and Branch Managers to ensure smooth inventory flow. * Prepare inventory reports and assist during stock audits. **Requirements** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper (Restaurant/Café experience is preferred). * Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. * Experience with inventory systems (Foodics experience is an advantage). * Good knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and stock control. * Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to work under pressure. **Location:** Qatar If you believe you're the right candidate, send your CV .
