Job Summary: Strategically and operationally lead and manage warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, cost reduction, and the highest levels of quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement, automation, and implementation of best practices **Purpose of the Role:** To strategically and operationally lead and manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, handling, order fulfillment, and shipping, while maintaining inventory accuracy, reducing costs, and achieving the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and safety. **Responsibilities & Duties:** * Develop warehouse operations strategies, policies, and procedures. * Oversee receiving, storage, handling, order picking, and shipping operations. * Manage and develop teams, set objectives, and define operational performance indicators. * Ensure inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies. * Optimize warehouse layout planning, space utilization, and storage capacity. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure product and material availability according to business needs. * Develop operational procedures, improve productivity, and reduce errors and costs. * Supervise the use of Warehouse Management Systems **(WMS)** and Enterprise Resource Planning systems **(ERP)**. * Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Transportation, and Supply Chain departments to ensure seamless operations. * Manage and monitor the performance of transportation companies, suppliers, and logistics service providers. * Prepare and manage the warehouse operational budget and control expenses. * Analyze key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment speed, productivity, and operating costs. * Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and security standards within warehouses. * Develop emergency response and business continuity plans to address operational risks and challenges. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and best practice implementation in warehouse management. * Prepare and submit operational and strategic reports to senior management. * Identify opportunities for process enhancement and adoption of modern technologies to improve warehouse efficiency. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Extensive experience in warehouse and supply chain operations management. * Leadership experience managing large or multi-site warehouses. * Advanced knowledge of **WMS** and **ERP** systems and inventory management. * Strong data analysis, performance metrics, and cost management skills. * Experience in strategic planning and process improvement. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. * Good understanding of warehouse safety, quality, and compliance standards. * Proficiency in both Arabic and English. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent operations. Salary: QAR120,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site
