Maintain bid documentation, libraries, and historical records * Coordinate and administer the full bid and tender process from receipt to submission. * Prepare, format, compile, and upload bid and tender documents in line with company instructions. * Ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and consistency of all bid submissions. * Control, manage, and archive bid documentation, including version control and naming conventions. * Request, collect, and follow up on required bid inputs from internal departments. * Maintain up\-to\-date standard company documents (licenses, certifications, CVs, policies, etc). * Organize bid meetings, site visits, clarifications, and internal reviews. * Communicate bid requirements, deadlines, and updates to relevant stakeholders. * Liaise with clients or tender authorities on administrative matters with management approval. * Support post\-submission activities, clarifications, and contract handover documentation. * Maintain bid libraries, templates, and historical records for future use. * Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of commercial and sensitive bid information. * Submit bid documents electronically or physically only after required internal approvals. * Comply with company policies, quality management systems, and tender governance procedures.
