***The Overview***
Improve how work gets done: map current processes, find inefficiencies, and design clearer, faster, cost‑effective workflows that teams can actually follow.
**What you’ll do**
* Map and document current business processes (AS‑IS) and design improved processes (TO‑BE).
* Run workshops and interview stakeholders to gather requirements, pain points and success criteria.
* Analyse process performance using data (cycle time, handoffs, error rates) and recommend measurable improvements.
* Create process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices, and clear step‑by‑step procedures.
* Identify automation opportunities and work with IT to implement RPA, workflow tools or ERP enhancements.
* Support change management: communicate changes, train users and monitor adoption.
* Define KPIs, build dashboards and report on process health and continuous improvement outcomes.
* Assist with process governance, compliance checks and audit readiness.
* Lead small improvement projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams for implementation.
* Document lessons learned and maintain process documentation library.
**Who we’re looking for**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
* 2–5 years experience in process improvement, business analysis or operations; experience in GCC/Doha is a plus.
* Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart), process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and basic data analysis (Excel, Power BI).
* Good stakeholder management, facilitation and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and practical, results‑oriented approach.
* Experience with ERP/CRM systems, RPA tools or workflow platforms is advantageous.
* Certifications (CBAP, Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
* Clear communicator in English; Arabic useful but not required.
