Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, SolidWorks **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Draftsman** to create precise technical drawings for custom wood furniture, cabinetry, and interior woodworks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CAD software and a strong understanding of woodworking principles to support production and installation processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and design for wood projects, including furniture, cabinetry, and architectural millwork. * Collaborate with designers, carpenters, and clients to translate concepts into manufacturable designs. * Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, material specifications, and structural integrity requirements. * Revise and refine designs based on feedback and production feasibility. * Calculate material quantities, cut lists, and joinery details to minimize waste and optimize efficiency. * Conduct on\-site measurements and inspections when required to ensure accurate fit and installation. * Maintain project documentation, technical reports, and drawing archives. * Stay updated on new woodworking techniques, materials, and industry trends. **Qualifications:** * Diploma or degree in Drafting, Woodworking, Interior Design, or a related field. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Interior Design, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or other woodworking design software. * Minimum \[2] years of experience in drafting for wood projects, furniture design, or millwork. * Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes. * Ability to work independently and within a team to meet project deadlines.
