Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Anodizing Operator to oversee the anodizing process, enhancing metal durability and corrosion resistance while ensuring quality and industry standards. Collaborate with quality control and production teams to resolve issues We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented Anodizing Operator to join our metal finishing/manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the anodizing process that enhances the durability and corrosion resistance of metal parts, typically aluminum, ensuring all products meet quality and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare materials and metal parts prior to the anodizing process * Monitor and manage chemical baths, ensuring correct concentration and temperature levels * Adjust process parameters (voltage, time, temperature) to achieve desired anodizing results * Operate and maintain anodizing equipment, tanks, and related machinery * Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications * Inspect coated parts for defects, consistency, and surface finish quality * Follow strict safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating equipment * Maintain accurate process records and production logs * Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding chemical handling and waste disposal * Perform routine equipment maintenance and report malfunctions promptly * Collaborate with quality control and production teams to resolve process issues * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area **Qualifications:** * Previous experience as an Anodizing Operator or in a metal finishing/surface treatment role * Strong knowledge of anodizing techniques and processes (aluminum anodizing preferred) * Understanding of chemical bath management and process parameter control * Familiarity with safety protocols for handling industrial chemicals * Knowledge of environmental regulations related to metal finishing processes * Strong attention to detail and quality\-focused mindset * Ability to operate and troubleshoot anodizing line equipment * Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment, including standing for extended periods * Good communication and teamwork skills * Basic technical/mechanical aptitude Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month License/Certification: * QID (Preferred) Work Location: In person
