PRE-PRESS DESIGNER & CTP MACHINE OPERATOR

Summary: Seeking a Prepress/Digital Printing Operator to manage artwork, prepare files, operate printing machinery, and ensure quality print production. Highlights: 1. Manage artwork and print files, ensuring quality production. 2. Operate and maintain advanced CTP and digital printing machines. 3. Collaborate with design and production teams in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Check artwork and print files. * Prepare files for printing. * Make design corrections when needed. * Create print layouts (imposition). * Operate the CTP machine and produce printing plates. * Check print quality and fix errors. * Operate Ricoh PRO C9200 and Canon C9010VP digital printers. * Set up, calibrate, and maintain printing machines. * Complete print jobs on time. * Coordinate with design, prepress, and production teams. * Keep work area and machines clean. * Reduce material waste and follow safety procedures. * Maintain print job records and machine logs. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in prepress, graphic design, or digital printing. * Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Knowledge of prepress, file preparation, color management, and print production. * Experience with CTP and digital printing machines is an advantage. * Good attention to detail. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
