Utilize advanced MS Excel for reporting and data analysis Job Summary We are looking for a **Maintenance System Administrator** to manage and support CMMS activities within an Oil \& Gas / Industrial Maintenance environment. The role will focus on maintenance data management, work orders, planning, reporting, KPIs, and ensuring accurate maintenance records. Key Responsibilities * Administer and maintain the **CMMS**. * Create, update, monitor, and close preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work orders. * Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and tracking. * Maintain accurate equipment, asset, and maintenance records. * Prepare maintenance reports, dashboards, and KPIs. * Analyze maintenance data and identify performance trends. * Prepare advanced **MS Excel** reports using Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis. * Support maintenance planners and supervisors with system updates and reporting. * Assist with inventory and spare parts data management. * Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures and HSE requirements. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering**, or related discipline. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in CMMS administration, maintenance planning, or a similar role. * Hands\-on experience with **CMMS** systems. * Strong knowledge of maintenance work orders, planning, scheduling, and reporting. * Advanced **Microsoft Excel** skills. * Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Excellent command of **English**, written and spoken. * Experience in **Oil \& Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Utilities, or Heavy Industry** is preferred. * Experience with **SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Oracle EAM, Infor EAM**, or similar systems is an advantage. * **Candidates must be currently available in Qatar.** Application Question(s): * Do you have a Valid QID ? * Do you have hands\-on experience with a CMMS such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Oracle EAM, Infor EAM, or similar? * Do you have a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline?
