Summary: Seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage housekeeping operations, staff, and contractors, ensuring high standards and effective service delivery. Highlights: 1. Lead and engage with staff, clients, and contractors effectively. 2. Oversee comprehensive housekeeping service delivery and inspections. 3. Implement and enforce procedures for operational excellence. * Minimum Diploma Degree related to Housekeeping/Cleaning/Hospitality. * At least 2 years’ experience as a cleaning supervisor. * Minimum 5 years’ total working experience. * Possess a management mentality towards engaging with staff, clients, end users and contractors. * Full understanding of Computer Assisted Facilities Management system (CAFM) and all associated tasks. * Communicate effectively the directions of the Senior Manager and or HK Executive to the associated contractors when called upon. * Good knowledge of ISO standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001 * Perform inspection of Housekeeping duties for venues in relation to fully inclusive service delivery through our respective assigned contractors. Ensuring the tasking schedule of Daily and all scheduled tasking is attended through our mobile solution FSI GO. * Verify the assigned contractors are delivering all tasks in completed required timing. * Assist the Senior Manager in establishing documents, implements and enforces a comprehensive set of procedures, processes and instructions necessary for effective operation and service delivery of our contractors. * Attend promptly to all housekeeping related problems with emphasis on providing long\-term solutions to those of a systematic or reoccurring nature. * Other duties related to Housekeeping, which the Senior Housekeeping Manager delegates to be carried out. * Attend to issued instructions from the client in relation to addition requirement of tasking and day to day duties such as CPC requests. * Review individual venue tasking frequencies and ensure these meet the demands of the areas required and revise as needed. * When in Events phase, attend to the designed venue or section of venue as assigned and liaise with appropriate contractor staff to ensure works complete prior to event beginning, maintained during event and rectification is complete post event. * If the contractor has been allocated to provide additional resources, this is verified by the assigned staff.
