We specialize in designing and installing high\-performance photovoltaic (PV) systems for commercial and residential clients across Qatar. We are looking for an **Installation Manager – Solar Energy Projects** who will take full ownership of on\-site execution and installation delivery. You are not just coordinating teams—you are ensuring that every solar project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest engineering standards. You will lead installation crews, manage subcontractors, and act as the critical link between engineering design and real\-world implementation. You will be working in a technically serious environment where quality matters. **Impact\-Driven Work:** Every project you complete contributes directly to sustainable energy adoption and reduced carbon emissions in the region. **Key Responsibilities:** **Installation Leadership:** Oversee end\-to\-end solar PV installation activities across multiple project sites, ensuring safe and efficient execution. **Team \& Contractor Management:** Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and site technicians to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines. **Quality \& Safety Control:** Enforce strict compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and installation best practices. **Project Coordination:** Work closely with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth delivery of materials and technical alignment. **Site Execution Oversight:** Conduct regular site visits, monitor installation progress, and resolve technical or logistical issues on the ground. **Reporting \& Documentation:** Maintain accurate project progress reports, installation records, and site documentation for management review. **Performance Optimization:** Identify inefficiencies in installation workflows and implement improvements to increase speed and quality of execution. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** 5\+ years of experience in solar PV installation, electrical projects, or construction site management, ideally within the GCC region. **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, electrical installation standards, and site execution processes. **Leadership Ability:** Proven ability to manage field teams, contractors, and multi\-site operations effectively. **Problem\-Solving Mindset:** Able to make fast, practical decisions on\-site under real project constraints. **Communication Skills:** Clear and effective communicator with engineers, technicians, and management teams. **Mobility:** Willingness to work across project sites within Doha and surrounding areas. الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٥٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: عمل هجين يتم عن بُعد في Doha
