Job Description **Manager, People \& Development** The position will drive the over\-all learning and talent development function across all assets. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, computer skills, and engagement skills across all levels. * Lead and drive in organizing the recording, reporting and reviewing of all learning and development materials, resources, records, reports, etc. * Organize New Team Member Orientation, from enrollment, welcoming, facilitating sections and engaging throughout the program. * Lead and liaise with departmental trainers to support their needs and report submissions. * Liaise with functional Program Leads to support in organizing their training, refreshers and other training needs. * Drives grooming standards across all departments. * Drives training needs analysis and annual training plan cycle. * Supports other learning and development programs, initiatives. * Passionately shows eagerness to learn, develop, humble, kind and engage with all team members. * Promote a culture of continuous learning and wants to make a positive impact across the assets. Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Learning \& Development, or related field. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in Learning \& Development, Training, or HR, preferably in similar role. * Strong experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing annual training plans. * Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills across all levels. * Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience in onboarding, orientation programs, and coordinating with departmental trainers and leaders. * Passion for people development, continuous learning, coaching, and promoting positive workplace culture.
