Maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment Key Responsibilities **Assist in planning and executing external audit engagements for various clients and industries.** **Perform audit procedures in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and applicable accounting standards.** **Obtain and analyze financial records, supporting documents, and other relevant information from clients.** **Perform substantive testing, analytical procedures, and tests of controls as assigned.** **Assist in reviewing financial statements, trial balances, general ledgers, and supporting schedules.** **Verify assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and other financial statement balances.** **Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies identified during the audit.** **Assist in identifying financial and operational risks and communicate findings to senior team members.** **Prepare and maintain accurate and complete audit working papers and documentation.** **Ensure audit evidence obtained is sufficient, relevant, and properly documented.** **Assist Senior Auditors and Managers in resolving audit queries and client issues.** **Communicate professionally with clients to obtain required information and supporting documentation.** **Follow up with clients on outstanding audit requirements and schedules.** **Assist in preparing audit reports, management letters, and other engagement deliverables.** **Ensure compliance with the firm's audit methodology, quality standards, policies, and procedures.** **Maintain confidentiality of client information and exercise professional judgment at all times.** **Stay updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and industry practices.** **Perform other duties and assignments as required by the Audit Manager or engagement team.** Qualifications **Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.** **Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA or equivalent is mandatory.** Experience **3\-4 years of relevant experience in external audit or assurance.** **Experience with an audit/accounting firm is preferred.** **Exposure to clients from different industries is an advantage.** Pay: QAR7,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
