Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Contracts \& Client Relations Coordinator to manage and coordinate all procedures related to construction contracts and client communications. The role covers the process from contract initiation through permit approvals, official documentation, payment follow\-ups, and ongoing project coordination, while ensuring excellent client support and smooth workflow between all parties. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and follow up on construction contracts between the company and clients, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time. * Assist and support clients throughout the contracting process by providing guidance and responding to inquiries. * Coordinate with governmental authorities, consultants, and relevant entities for project permits and approvals. * Prepare, submit, and process official transactions related to permits, approvals, and project documentation. * Follow up on payments, invoices, and financial procedures related to projects. * Maintain effective coordination between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Track applications, approvals, and transactions and provide regular updates to clients and management. * Organize and maintain contracts, project files, and official correspondence. * Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction throughout all project stages. * Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulations, and project requirements. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills * Excellent time management and attention to detail * Problem\-solving and organizational abilities * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks * Contract and document management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems * Previous experience in construction or project coordination is preferred **How to Apply:** Interested candidates should send their CV to: **recruitment@monaqasat.net** Work Location: In person
