Summary: Seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to handover, ensuring quality and compliance. Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work on prestigious interior fit-out projects **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and manage interior fit\-out projects from initiation to handover. * Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure successful execution. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. * Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion. * Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards. * Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and site documentation. * Identify and resolve technical and construction issues during project execution. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Coordinate procurement of materials and monitor delivery schedules. * Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. * 5–10 years of experience managing interior fit\-out projects, preferably within the GCC. * Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, joinery, carpentry, MEP coordination, and project execution. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. * Experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. * **Arabic nationality is required.** * Valid driving license is an advantage. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary: QAR 7,000–10,000 per month. * Career development opportunities. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity to work on prestigious interior fit\-out and construction projects. **Experience Required:** 5–10 years **Job Type:** Full\-time In country Hire only.
