Strong Leadership and Strategic Skills IT Project Director Job Overview The organization is seeking an IT Project Director to lead and manage the full portfolio of technology and strategic projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring major technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and required quality standards, aligned with the organization’s digital transformation goals. Responsibilities * Lead and manage enterprise-wide IT project portfolios. * Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Ensure project execution according to defined scope and standards. * Manage technical teams, vendors, and consultants. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans. * Coordinate with senior management and stakeholders. * Ensure quality of technical deliverables and compliance with standards. * Manage change (Change Management) within projects. * Prepare periodic project performance reports for executive management. * Improve project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid). * Support digital transformation and implementation of strategic technology solutions. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or Engineering. * 10–15 years of experience in IT project management. * Leadership experience managing large-scale, complex projects. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP / Agile / Scrum). * Experience in budget, resource, and risk management. * Strong leadership and strategic skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and decision-makers.
