Supporting digital transformation and implementing strategic technical solutions IT Project Director Job Overview Our organization is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and manage the full portfolio of technical and strategic projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring major technical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery aligned with the organization’s digital transformation objectives. Responsibilities * Lead and manage the enterprise-wide IT project portfolio. * Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Ensure project execution within defined scope and standards. * Manage technical teams, vendors, and consultants. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans. * Coordinate with senior management and stakeholders. * Ensure quality of technical deliverables and compliance with standards. * Manage change (Change Management) within projects. * Prepare periodic project performance reports for executive management. * Improve project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid). * Support digital transformation and implement strategic technical solutions. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or Engineering. * 10–15 years of experience in IT project management. * Leadership experience in managing large-scale, complex projects. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP / Agile / Scrum). * Experience in budget, resource, and risk management. * High-level leadership and strategic skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and decision-makers.
