Nujuzi Link is expanding its operations in Qatar, and we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to keep our systems running smoothly. In this role, you will be the backbone of our local office technology, ensuring our team stays connected, secure, and productive. Compensation and Benefits * **Salary:** Competitive monthly salary based on experience (disclosed during the initial interview) * **Schedule:** Full\-time, Sunday to Thursday (Standard Qatar business hours) * **Location:** On\-site in Doha, Qatar * **Benefits:** Comprehensive health insurance, annual air ticket allowance to your home country, and corporate mobile plan * **Perks:** Modern office environment, continuous learning allowances, and career advancement paths as our regional presence grows Key Responsibilities * Provide day\-to\-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and communication systems. * Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices for onboarded employees. * Troubleshoot and resolve operating system issues (Windows/macOS), productivity software, and internal tools. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments. * Monitor local network infrastructure, including Wi\-Fi, switches, and firewalls, ensuring maximum uptime. * Document technical issues and resolutions to build an internal knowledge base for faster problem\-solving. * Collaborate with the global IT division to implement corporate cybersecurity policies and system upgrades. Required Skills and Qualifications * Proven experience working in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support role. * Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, computer hardware, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). * Familiarity with cloud collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. * Excellent problem\-solving skills with a patient, customer\-first approach to troubleshooting. * Clear verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus but not required). * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator) are valued but practical capability is our priority.
