In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring healthcare providers have timely access to the medical supplies and equipment they need to deliver exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. * Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment. * Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to streamline supply operations. * Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare stock reports. * Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. * Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of medical products in compliance with industry standards. * Monitor product expiration dates and implement inventory rotation procedures. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and procurement planning activities. * Assist in identifying cost\-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical supplies, healthcare procurement, inventory control, or logistics operations. * Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement processes. * Excellent organizational and analytical skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
