This is a full\-time position based in Doha, Qatar. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * 3–4 years of frontline retail sales experience in Qatar * Experience in telecom or device sales is highly preferred * Proven track record in achieving individual and store sales targets * Strong understanding of customer engagement and retail sales processes * Advanced level of English is mandatory * Experience with telecom operators or major retail brands is an advantage **Skills \& Competencies** * Proven ability to promote, upsell, and close retail sales * Strong customer engagement and relationship\-building skills * Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment * Strong product knowledge (mobile devices, accessories, telecom services preferred) **Availability \& Eligibility** * Immediate joiners are preferred * Valid QID with a minimum of 3 months validity is required * Flexibility to work in retail shifts
