Position Summary The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management experience, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. * Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. * Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting. * Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and claims. * Conduct regular project meetings and provide executive\-level progress reports. * Mentor and supervise project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. * Ensure successful project handover and close\-out activities. Qualifications \& Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction project management. * Proven track record of successfully delivering large\-scale construction projects. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction contracts, and procurement processes. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems. * PMP certification is highly preferred. * Experience in GCC construction projects will be considered a strong advantage.
