**Job Role:** Responsible for managing technical aspects of the project, ensuring that construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Acts as the link between the project management team and on\-site execution. **Duties and Responsibilities:** · Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and scope of work. · Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards. · Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site progress. · Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager. · Verify materials and ensure they meet the required quality standards. · Ensure that all works are completed on time and within budget. · Assist in preparing quantity take\-offs and supporting documents for billing. · Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures are strictly followed on site. · Attend site meetings and provide technical support to the site team. 3 Month Probation Period Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month
