Summary: Seeking a highly motivated Tendering & Engineering Executive to manage the complete tendering process for large-scale commercial kitchen equipment projects. Highlights: 1. Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and sales teams We are looking for a highly motivated **Tendering \& Engineering Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and proven experience managing the complete tendering process for large\-scale projects, preferably within the **commercial kitchen equipment** industry. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full tendering process from receipt of inquiry to final submission. * Review tender documents, specifications, BOQs, drawings, and project requirements. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with client requirements. * Coordinate with the engineering, estimation, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate and competitive submissions. * Perform quantity take\-offs, cost estimations, and pricing analysis. * Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines. * Attend pre\-bid meetings, site visits, and technical clarification meetings when required. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding technical and commercial queries. * Support project handover to the execution team upon award. * Maintain tender records, supplier databases, and project documentation. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in tendering and estimation for large\-scale projects. * Previous experience in the **commercial kitchen equipment** industry is essential. * Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen layouts, equipment specifications, and project execution. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. * Experience with AutoCAD and ERP systems is an advantage. * Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously. Work Location: In person
