BMS Commissioning Engineer **Location:** Qatar **Salary Range:** QAR 6,000 – 8,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **BMS (Building Management System) Commissioning Engineer** with strong expertise in **Siemens BMS products and solutions**. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and handover of BMS systems across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities * Perform commissioning, testing, and startup of BMS systems. * Configure, program, and troubleshoot Siemens BMS controllers, field devices, and software. * Verify control sequences and ensure systems operate according to project specifications. * Conduct point\-to\-point testing and functional performance testing. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients during commissioning activities. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, communication, and network\-related issues. * Prepare commissioning reports, test records, and handover documentation. * Support site installation teams and provide technical guidance when required. * Attend client meetings and provide technical support during project execution. * Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in BMS commissioning and controls systems. * Strong hands\-on experience with **Siemens BMS products**, including: * Siemens Desigo CC * Siemens Desigo PX Controllers * Siemens PXC Series Controllers * Siemens Building Automation Systems * BACnet and Modbus communication protocols * Experience in HVAC control systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and energy management systems. * Ability to read and interpret control drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operation documents. * Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication skills in English. * Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
