Collaborative environment coordinating with kitchen staff Client Detail: We also have a restaurant and need Cashier for our restaurant To provide excellent customer service by accurately processing customer orders and payments, maintaining cash handling accuracy, and ensuring smooth front counter operations. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Receive customer orders and accurately enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Process cash, credit/debit card, and other approved payment methods. * Issue receipts and ensure accurate billing for all transactions. * Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic payment or billing issues. * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly. * Pack and hand over takeaway and delivery orders to customers or delivery personnel. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and customer service area. * Report cash shortages, overages, or system issues to the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager. * Follow company policies, food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards. * Perform any other cashier\-related duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications \& Skills * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred. * Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures. * Good numerical and communication skills. * Honest, reliable, and attentive to detail. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced restaurant environment. * Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Reporting To * Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
