Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual terms Job Description – Civil Construction Project Manager **Job Title:** Civil Construction Project Manager **Location:** State of Qatar **Job Summary:** The Civil Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and executing civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring work is carried out according to the scheduled timeline, approved budget, quality and safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities & Duties:** * Manage all phases of civil construction projects from planning to final handover. * Prepare and monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities. * Monitor project progress and take necessary corrective actions when required. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual terms. * Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, and contracting with subcontractors. * Manage risks and resolve technical and operational issues arising during the project. * Review and approve project reports, progress reports, and change orders. * Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements at worksites. * Lead work teams and guide engineers, supervisors, and site personnel to achieve project objectives. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in civil construction project management. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and contract administration. * Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Familiarity with construction systems and regulations applicable in the State of Qatar is an added advantage.
