***Requirements:*** \- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. \- Preferable Qatar or GCC Experienced. \- Candidates should have 5 years of Experience in Oil and Gas. \- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. \- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. ***Total Salary: Qar.5000/\- (Basic\- Qar.3500/\-, Food \- Qar.750/\-, Other allowances \- Qar.750/\-) \+ Bachelor sharing Accommodation*** ***Key Responsibilities:*** \- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to understand scope of work. \- Prepare detailed and itemized estimates for electrical systems including LV, lighting, power distribution, earthing, fire alarm, BMS, and ELV systems. \- Conduct quantity take\-offs from engineering drawings (manual or using software). \- Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for materials and services. \- Analyze project risks, construction methodologies, and resources to determine cost implications. \- Develop and maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and subcontractors. \- Collaborate with project teams including design, procurement, and project managers to ensure cost accuracy and compliance. \- Assist in value engineering and alternative cost\-effective solutions. \- Participate in bid preparation and client presentations. \- Ensure estimates meet relevant standards and codes (e.g., NEC, IEC). \- Stay updated on market rates, material prices, and technological developments.
